Available payment methods
- Stripe Checkout for card payments where available.
- PayPal Smart Checkout for PayPal-supported checkout options.
- Revolut Pay for hosted Revolut checkout and card payment options.
- Bank/manual payment as a fallback where agreed.
Payment notes
- Keep the billing contact email correct so invoice and payment messages reach the right person.
- Include the invoice number when asking a billing question.
- Bank/manual payments may need manual checking before an invoice is marked paid.
- Online payments are confirmed through the payment gateway and then recorded against the invoice.
Receipts and accounting records
- Keep copies of invoices and receipts for your own records.
- Download invoices from the customer portal where available.
- Ask your accountant or bookkeeper how to record SaaS subscription costs in your own accounts.
