Perfexly has a main site for public pages and plan signup, and each company has its own workspace login area.
Which login link to use
- Use the workspace URL sent after signup for staff/admin access to your company CRM.
- Use the client login area when you are signing in as a customer portal contact.
- The main Perfexly admin area is for Perfexly platform administration, not for customer workspace staff.
If you cannot sign in
- Check that the email address is typed correctly.
- Use the forgot password link on the login page.
- Ask your company admin to confirm your staff or contact account is active.
- Check your spam folder if a reset or verification email does not arrive.
When to contact support
- Contact Perfexly support if your workspace URL does not load.
- Include your company name, account email, and any error shown on screen.
- Do not send passwords or full payment details in support messages.
Good to know: Bookmark your own workspace URL after the first successful login.
