Setting up a workspace

Ask about staff access, roles, departments, customer imports, invoice settings, projects, support tickets, and first setup steps.

Larger requirements

For custom domains, extra tenant workspaces, accounting workflows, account planning, purchase orders, delivery notes, or automation, include those details in your message.

What to include

Business name and website, if available.
Preferred plan: Starter, Professional, or Business.
Number of staff users who need internal CRM access.
Approximate number of customers, contacts, or leads.
Whether you need accounting, reports, project templates, purchase orders, delivery notes, appointments, account planning, or workflow automations.
Whether you need a custom domain or additional tenant workspace.
Any deadline or launch date you are working towards.

What happens next

If Starter is enough, you can start the 7-day trial online.
If Professional or Business is a better fit, you can choose the paid plan online.
If setup work is needed, we will explain what information is required before work begins.
If a request falls outside standard support, we will explain whether paid assistance is needed.

Plan and payment notes

Starter is GBP 19/month and includes a 7-day trial. Professional is GBP 49/month and Business is GBP 89/month. Professional and Business are paid plans from signup unless a separate offer is shown at checkout.

Available payment options may include Stripe Checkout, PayPal Smart Checkout, Revolut Pay, and bank/manual payment where enabled. Gateway fees are currently set to zero so checkout pricing stays clear.
